This year marks the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of Old Mill Brewery. Built from rustic red brick and set in the centre of the picturesque East Yorkshire market town of Snaith, the Old Mill Brewery is housed in a 200 year old former malt kiln and corn mill and clog factory.
However, as traditional as the building might be, there is nothing old fashioned about the brewing plant which was installed to high specifications when former Webster’s brewer Bryan Wilson and Chairman Paul Wetherell got together in 1983 to establish the famous Old Mill Brewery.
Dedication, enthusiasm and pride are the key words at Old Mill. Dedicated to producing a range of quality ‘real ales’, not only for the local market but for a national audience via an extensive free trade and wholesale network. Also to the continued quality of all the beers and to the service which every customer can expect.
Enthusiasm shines through every aspect of the business, from the chairman down, with a genuine feeling that every employee enjoys what he or she is doing. All have pride in their work, producing top quality products. Success never comes easy but the standards we set ourselves and our refusal to cut corners or skimp on equipment and most of all the raw material we use, paved the way for us.
So to celebrate our success we’d like you to join us for a day of celebration on Saturday 20th July 2013, click on the A5 Flyer link for more information and entry into our ‘Name a beer for next Year’ competition. A5 FLyer 30 years
