Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We only deliver to UK mainland. Other locations may incur additional charges or may be unable to be delivered.

Once your order is received it will be dispatched the next working day.

Postage costs are calculated based on item weight.

All our bottles and bag-in-box products are delivered via courier. Orders that exceed courier weight restrictions may be sent in multiple packages, or through alternate delivery arrangements.

Delivery charges are subject to change.

All our products will be shipped requesting proof of delivery and should you order our ale products someone over the age of 18 must be there to accept the delivery and may be requested for proof of I.D.

If no-one is available to accept the delivery then the driver will retain the goods and a leave a card for you to contact to arrange re-delivery.

The product only belongs to you once delivery has been accepted.

Click and Collect

We offer a Click and Collect service that can only be collected from the Brewery within our collection hours

There is no charge for this service and collection hours are as follows:

Monday – Thursday: 9.00am – 5.00pm

Friday: 9am – 12pm

When placing a Click and Collect order, please leave your desired collection date and time, leaving one working day to process.

You must bring confirmation of your order and produce it upon arrival at the Brewery to receive your goods.

Returns

If you are not happy with the product you have received please notify us by phone or e-mail within 5 working days of receiving your product. Please notify us at this point should you require a replacement product.

You must then return the product to us in the same condition it was received, at your own cost and risk by recorded delivery.

All refunds will be wholly subject to our discretion.

Upon receipt of your product should you notice obvious damage or broken goods please refuse delivery and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.
